The Heineken Group, which operates in 192 countries, began its Lean transformation in 2008. Over the years, it has progressively rolled out a culture of continuous improvement across the entire group. Apex Mindset is the partner of the central continuous improvement office (TPM Global Office) for the transformation of logistic processes.

ā€œIn HEINEKEN we have been working with Apex for several years. It all began when Marius helped us to develop training materials on value stream mapping, and to deliver that training to many of our supply chain partners around the world."

ā€œIt is a pleasure to work with the Apex team. They have exceptional expertise and take responsibility for what they are required to deliver. They have a deep understanding of the Lean approach and how it can improve performance. Not only that, but they know how to convey a message and ensure their audience understands it, with great patience and passion. I look forward to seeing many more people at HEINEKEN learning Lean with the help of Apex.ā€
